What port on the PLC?Hello I have a versamax micro PLC that I'm trying to connect to my PC.
I'm going from the PC to a serial device server to the PLC using a RS-232. But
I can't get a connection can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong
Sounds right!I'm using a RS-232 cable with a ethernet end going to the plc.
That is only the parity, Baud by default i think is 19200/8/ODD/1 the first part is important also! The setting that I have is 8 none none and 1
On the Logic or the Hardware Config? On Proficy I'm getting mismatch error an a not Equal
The baud rates need to match and the pinout of robot's serial port must be correctOn the PC that control the robot I can't get any kind of connection at all.
Did not know that was possible, unless its used on the robot....then thats why i didn't know....I go to telnet to see if I can connect to the PLC an still on luck

I'm trying to get the PLC to connect a robot picker. When I connect to Proficy
mismatch error an a not Equal. I'm thinking that's why I can't get it to connect
to the PC an PLC to Connect
