I having trouble getting Proface GP577R to take data from a Mitsibushi PLC (MELSEC-QnA(link)). I downloaded and modify an old program to add history alarm (Q tag)and uploaded back into the touchscreen, but when in RUN MODE, screen show PLC COM. ERROR (02:40:31) at the bottom of screen. I have upload all GP setting and page. All screen page didn't show any PLC signal but I can change screen page.
For your information, I have done same procedure to another 2 unit GP577R and it function correctly. This 2 unit have alarm address F0000,F0001,.....,F0010,F0011 and so on.
But the last unit have alarm address D004110.0, D004110.1,....., D004110.A, D004110.B,...., D004110.F, D004111.0 and so on.
Can anyone shed some light?
