Hi,

Is there any way to protect panelview plus 1000,to prevent taking backup(Uploading) from the PV+ direct

No, I don't believe it is possible - and even if it was, I would strongly advise against "protecting" it in this way.

The PV+ series is Windows CE, and the file would be there for all to see.

You can't prevent anyone from uploading the .MER file. But you can password protect it so no one can recreate the project from it.
