Ge 90-70

Here lately when I power this PLC up 70% of the time it comes up with the outputs disabled. The rest of the time its ready to go what am I missing here. Thanks

Unknown without a little (or a lot) more information.
Is the CPU still in "RUN" mode?
What do you do to get the output enabled?
What PLC and I/O faults are present when this happens?
What devices are in the the rack(s)?
Is there a Genius bus?

I always forget about those fault tables until somebody on here reminds me to check them. Getting a low battery signal. I'll try this . Thanks Russ
