Working on a analog input for the first time , I know a micro logic 1000 is **** , but it was free . Can I use the analog 0 to 10 vdc directly to the processor as a input? If so how do I address it? It has 4 analog inputs two are current and two are voltage.
Some assistance would be appreciated Thanks

For wiring, page 20: http://literature.rockwellautomation.com/idc/groups/literature/documents/in/1761-in001_-en-p.pdf

For addressing, page 5-2: http://literature.rockwellautomation.com/idc/groups/literature/documents/um/1761-um003_-en-p.pdf

Keep in mind that when you talk about inputs in the I: file that you generally think of boolean (on/off) type of inputs. But the entire line of I1:0 is a word. So you need to look at the decimal for I1:4 (depending on the input) to see the value, not just a bunch of 1's and 0's.
