No more block Transfer exit S:10/7 PLC-5

Please tell me the how to get out of this error

Problem is the BTW enable bit is continuously on and block transfer is not executing.

Is there any problem in BTW?

Panel view standard terminal has been communicated as RIO.
Its Rack no assigned 10
and all the tags are based on RIO configuration.

Online program doesn't show fault (for Rack 10) in channel 1B(remote I/O scanner) properties.

Communication LED of processor and Panel view standard terminal is ok(green)
