The best projects are ones that are useful in the local economy. Look around your neighborhood. In the area of electric power, what do the local people need? Do they need more power, cheaper power, a different power source, more efficient service, ways to converve power? What do they need? Answer that question, and your power project is nearly done.

Find something YOU are interested in. Nothing is worse than writing a paper about something YOU do not care about.
