Did you plug in the MMC-card?
In my experience, that's one fo the few ways to get a SF directly on start-up.
Even without HWConfig and program, but with MMC, the PLC will shortly try to go into run, then go into stop. (Green LED flashing, then orange LED goes on)

-was imposible to saw at diagnostic because there was no conection with pc.
-problem wasn t with MMC because all leds was off exept SF blinking.
finaly i found a new cpu and exchange it and machine is running.CPU was crashed !!!!
