Simatic S7 Question

I need to take some data from the Simatic S7 PLC system through Profibus to the other system for tracing/graph the data.

Could any tell me what is best way to do that in the S7 program of PLC ? Do i make data block and then make one FB to assign data with the address ? or any better thinking.

Please elobrate about the other sysstem u want data

You can use a DP coupler(Made by Siemens).
The other side PLC must support Profibus DP.
