1Count 24V/100KHZ 6ES7 138-4DA04-0AB0 (MP377+ET200S, winCC Flexible+Step7 v5.5)

Can any one tell me how to wire this module (3 conductors, 24V, 0v, and PNP/NPN signal) and how to read the counts from PLC (LAD or SCL please).
