List index out of bounds (3)

Dear PLC Experts,

I am trying to install license using this file. "Simatic_EKB_Install_2008_03_14.exe"

Before there was an option to install the key for long. Now there are no license found inside this file.
As soon as i open the file, i am getting this error message.

And also my license manager for simatic S7 is saying that the trail peorid had expired. Please help me how to eradicate this problem.

Next, I need to know how to communicate with HMI and PLC using Wincc.
My HMI model is TP177A, please help me in programming.
