Look for Siemens PLCSIM this is a simulator for the S7 300/400 PLC's there is no simulator from Siemens for the S7 200 or the S7 1200 PLC's

The Siemens-'clone' 'VIPA' has also a simulator (S7-300/400) build in.
IBHsoftec also but this simulator was only for S5 the last time I used it, but that's a long time ago.
