How would you count backward in plc binary code from 7,000?

Can someone explain in detail the process?
just consider me a bit!

There is no distinction between counting backwards in binary, octal, decimal, hex, etc. Those are merely systems for grouping numbers.

So as Jeev points out, you simply do a

Count = Count - 1

How do you loosen a bolt as opposed to tightening a bolt?

If you are looking for the specific program instructions then give us the specific plc brand and model. For example, in an AB PLC you use CTU to count up, and CTD to count down.

P.S. Welcome to the forum.
