in your KGL-win main menu you should select debug menu,From which you should enable I/O Forcing by select the function "Force I/O enable" from this manu.
Then also from the debug Menu wou should select the option "set forced I/O"
chose the bit you want to set on/off then press OK.
Try it and let me Know.
Remember you must be connected to your PLC .
