What is the most inexpensive PLC that supports trig functions (sin, cos, tan).

The AutomationDirect Click has those functions. It's fairly inexpensive.

Maybe the GEIP VersaMax Nano? (<$200 USD)

Omron CP1 series - also has double floating point sine, cos and tan, ASIN, ACOS, ATAN, and full 32 qnd 64 bit floating point maths.

Unitronics is also an option it you also require some sort of HMI and depending on how many IO are required. Software is free as well.
