Cpu not recognized

Hi to all,

I am using cpu224 wth td400c Hmi, now i am using mpi cable for communicating the plc and Hmi(continuity 2,3,7,8 straight)while pressing any keys in hmi i am getting a display as "CPU NOT RECOGNIZED".also i tried changing ports 0 & 1 as well...

Also i tried a same new Hmi for check even i am getting this same msg in tht new hmi..if thr is a proper communication i have to get a msg as "INITIALIZING" i am not getting tht.. so pls guide me

What is the version of Step 7 Microwin You're using ?

v4.0.8.06 is my version......pls tell me wht ever u know i will try to narrow down from it
