S5 135U 928B with op17

Hi am new to the s5 system.
i am trying to connect a op 17 with a s5 135 928b .
can anyone tell the procedure for these
am using protool for developing the screens
do i need to make any changes in the plc program ?
the op needs to communicate over TTY

i also need to add a profibus card sinec L2 dp for interfacing it with the PC
i need to know the procedure for the above
