Opening a .RSS File without the program

Hello,
I have a .RSS file that I need to view but I cannot find any software that will allow me to do so. I was wondering if any would would be kind enough to open my file and save it as a PDF. I would really appreciate the help.

I hate to be picky when someone is taking time out of their day, for free, to help me out but the image is too blurry for me to read.

I tried to install but it says it wont work for my OS. I really only need to see the one .RSS file though.
