wincc scada & micrologix 1100 plc config error.

hellow everybody ,
i am trying to cofigure AB Micrologix 1100 PLC ( having ethernet port ) with Siemens WINCC scada ( v7.0) using rslinx opc server.i am getting success also, but now from last few days i am not able to read plc tags in wincc scada. when i am trying to browse server in wincc in OPC ITEM MANAGER , i get the error " No access to selected OPC server " HRESULT=80040112 , class is not licensed for use. i want to know about this error & how i can established the configuration again.thanks.

Can you see the ML1100 PLC in RSLinx ?
Is the OPC Topic in RSLinx setup and OK ?
Using an OPC Test client, can you browse adresses in the ML1100 ?
