Anyone know how much internal memory a S5 115U CPU 944B has?

Hi all,

Just wondered if anyone knows how much memory is in a S5 115U CPU 944B ?

I'm spec'ing an S7 PLC and wondered about what size MMC card I should use.

I thought 128 Kb but wasn't sure?

Any ideas?

S7 315 2DP/PN I think. That's normally what we use. ;-)

Run the S5 project through the S5->S7 converter and see how much memory the resultant blocks will require.
