Hi.... I`m using a system with the following configuration:

SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-200CPU 226 AC/DC/RLY S.NO.216-2BD23-OXBO
The Port-1 is connected to PC via PPI cable. In the Port-0 a connector is used.In the connector, both RS 485 connector from the weight indicator and the MMI cable the connected . The MMI is SIMATIC TOUCHPANEL TP177A.The switch setting is RS 422/485.

The weight indicator reading is updated properly.
But,there is some problem regarding the MMI.
i.e., The PLC is not communicating with the MMI through port-0, but it is communicating through port-1, which is intended for PPI.

The switch setting of both sides of the connectors are kept in ON condition.
Also, the switches are kept in various positions to check the communication,
but there was no result.
