rest bus simulation in PLC testing

Why is it always in the last minute that you seek avice for the home work on the course you are on ?

Apart from that, have zero idea what a rest bus is.

For your knowledge....its not a homework for me.....m learning this techniques just for my interest.
and apart from this i know wat a restbus simulation is...i jus hav confusion in relating with PLC testing.
So asked a short n simple question.
