I don't think I'm going out on a limb, here.... have you tried Rockwell Automation Technical Support ? If you can't contact the office in Dubai (Tel: + 971 4 321 1814) then you can submit an online request through the "support.rockwellautomation.com" site.
I have version 4.20 firmware in my 1770-KFC15, a HUGE improvement over it's function with the original firmware.
