GT1000 connection problem

Hi

I trying to connect the Mitsubishi touch screen GT1000 GT1675-VNBA to Q02HCPU PLC using Qbus GT15-Qbus interface card install at I/F1 using cable GT15-QC30B
but every times i connected the cable the PLC CPU will turn off totally itself, have anyone see the problem before? or there are any setting i must set before i connecting it??
