RSView32 and S7-300

Hello ,Our customer has got a system that RSView32 and S7-300 Plc communicating on OPC server.Problem is communication is not working.I checked QuickStart_PFB MPI/S7 comm with Siemens S7-300 and S7-400 PLC.I run monpfb.exe (profibus monitor) program under applicom 3.8 and all of them seems good.When I looked VisuCYC window (user&system selected from 1 to 255)this window is blank that is no status.I checked s7-300 side that is MPI,DP address and protocols are okay.What is needed for communication between these two systems?Thanks is advance...

In your RSView32 System menu, check your Channel and Node settings. You must have valid entries in each box in order for RSView to communicate with your S7-300 PLC. Sometimes these settings get deleted or changed when the RSView program is moved or copied to a different computer.

Also you may see an entry in the activity log that may be of help to you and / or to us.

If you are still having problems, could you tell us if this is an existing connection that stopped working, or a new one that has never worked, also what OPC driver you are using

I checked s7-300 side that is MPI,DP address and protocols are okay.

Is it Profibus or is it MPI ?
What CPU is it exactly ?
What port is connected to on the CPU ?
Can you connect to the CPU from STEP7 ?
Use an OPC Test Client to see if it is possible to connect via the OPC Server.

cpu is 315-2 DP(6ES7315-2AG10-0AB0).MPI port connected to RSView side.And PCU1500S7 protocol selected at RSView side.Is it true?.
Yes I can connect to the Cpu from S7.When I looked to VISUCYC window.This window is blank!That is fnct status,board,channel,fnct,equip,period,protocol fnct,DB var...etc is not seeing!

also OPC driver is belong to Applicom.
