Waht is CIP and TCP/IP connection ?

Rockwell has a web site with all of their user manuals available. What you are asking for can be found there in less time than it probably took to post a message here.

Hey, perhaps I should have known the answers, but I would have gone straight to the publication OG linked.

It literally took less than a minute to find the answers to two of your questions, on page 46, i'll find the others later, if i get chance. (Hint, the maximum number of produced/consumed tags does not depend on the controller, but on the comms modules).
