How to change micro 1440 gateway w/o rslogix?

I have someone out in the field and need him to change the gateway of a micrologix 1400. It currently has the correct ip but needs a gateway which is set to the default of 0.0.0.0

He does NOT have RSLogix or RS Linx.

Is there a way to do this??
