I uploaded program from Control Logix with RSLogix5000 V17. This PLC control servo motor from Parker with Ultra3000 with sercos network to PLC. I need to make servo tunning to adjust position and velocity loop but the program informed motion database does not contain data for Motor Catalog Number. I knew this problem due to servo monor not from Rockwell.

I can find Parker motor specification but how can I update motor database to RSLogix5000 then I can make servo tunning.

in Logix V19, you can select to enter custom motor nameplate data. In conjunction, you'll also have to run the commutation test - not that I've done that before :)

ttichy, could you tell me where to put custom motor data in RSLogix5000 V19
