RSLinx message receipt using Allen Bradley Gateway

Does anyone have experience receiving unsolicited messages using RSLinx through an Allen Bradley gateway? We're trying to send message over DH+ (1756 DHRIO), backplane to 1776-ENBT module to RSLinx.

I'm looking for examples of:

1. Routing table configuration on DHRIO module.
2. Message block examples to support routing table
