Pv plus 1000 configuration

I am trying to get to the configuration screen on a panelview plus 1000. It is set to run at start up so i cant access it by restarting, there is no little white box that pops up either. I know there is a way to get there. And there is no button for it. It is not a touch screen. Help.

There is a utility you can stick on a memory card that will do the trick.
