hpw to Write expression for Numeric input

Hi,
I am working in FT View SE CPR9 SR 3 .I am using numeric input but i have to use expression in it like if user enter 19 i have to multiply it with 10 and store in tag .I thinK rockwell knowledgebase has the answer (

58820 - Using the Optional Expression with the Numeric Input Enable Object )
but it is for techconnect only .

Any suggestions.

The same information should be in the User Manual and the Online Help.

In the optional expression, you use a question mark as a placeholder for the value entered by the operator.

So " ? * 10 " will place the entered value x 10 into the Value tag.

I tried but it didn't work . For numeric input it wouldn't accept expression. I am working in FT View SE ditributed project. Expression button is disabled in NUmeric Input
