How connecting citect scada to siemens s200 plc ???

I would read both instruction manuals then select the proper cable and configure each end to have the same protocol and parameters.

Citect has a help button. If you use it, you can find the answer there. At least, that's where I found it about 10 years ago. It was fairly straight forward as I remember.
