Hi Guys.
Wincc Flexible autostart without Windows Explorer.exe

Im running a windows 7 ultimate 32 bit system win Wincc Flexible 2008 SP2.

In older windows i could just either "kill" Explorer.exe and "start" Explorer.exe.

But in windows 7 it seems not to be that easy.

Any of you know how to do?

information:
The system needs to be able to startup into wincc RT, without user interaction. So after power button is activated it start directly to wincc RT.
to enable Explorer, I have a system screen for administrator where i normaly place a button "Start Explorer"

so both mouse and windows start button must NOT be unable to call the menu bar up...

all this to meet the requirement in CFR21 PART 11 (pharmacy and food regulative)

You mean that the HMI must not allow that the operator gets access to Windows start menu and task bar ?
I so, setting "full screen" and "lock task switching" in the WinCC Flexible settings should do that for you.
