GX developer comms error

HI Guys

Hope you can help.
Using GX developer with a range of plc's. When trying to write to plc all I get is a selection of problems, ie: Comm error - cable error etc. Tried the usual, transfer details and changing usb cable etc.

Please tell your problem with detail specification. e.g PLC Model
with the series & communication protocall.

When you get communication error upon trying to go online with a PLC, please check if the PLC model you have chosen is the same as what is connected, if using serial connection check the com port you are connected by reviewing your device manager, change the transmission speed if necessary.

If these all fails, you may have a problem with the software installation or your cable. Try to re-install the software & find yourself another cable.

Please check also that your software is compatible with your OS. Older version of GX only works with windows xp or vista, not on windows 7.
