Perplexion reflection

Maybe someonelse has experienced this problem and may be of some help.

After a long day of staring at my PC screen and manipulating data,
I dream at night in binary.
First ther are 11111111's then there are 0000000000000's then there is 101001010101000000001000000000000000000100100101010101010000000001010101010001110010010010100101010101010010101111010010010101000111001101010101011010010100100101001010101010101010101010110000101001010101001110
Untill I finally wake up in sweat.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
