RSLOGIX5000 Dint Array, Simple Question

This should be a simple one. I have a Dint array in my program that is setup for 30 elements. If I want to increase the array size, will the software let me or will I need to create a new tag. I know it will require me to do the change offline, but I just wanted to know the hoops I need to jump through before I begin.

We use this tag as a produced tag to transfer data to another PLC and need to pass even more data due to equipment changes.

You can make that change if you are offline.

Yes you can do this. Offline of course and then download to the processor.

Thanks, that's what I thought. The manuals can sometimes be a little unclear on what glitches they installed in the software.
