download program to s300 cpu314 from flash

Hello,I have simatic s300 cpu314 with FLASH card (6e7 951-0KE00-0AA0) and sometimes PLC go to stop mode without apparent reason.I want to change cpu with another same,but no have programming cable and software.It`s possible download program to new cpu from FLASH card?

Both the software and cable can let you access the diagnostics from the CPU.
Do not change anything with out first getting a copy of the program.

Sorry to say - hire a programmer for a day.

if it is stopping it may be from a comms point Profibus or similar
