RSLogix500 I/O Cross references

I print my programs with a PDF convert program.
[pdf995.exe and ps2pdf995] How do I get a I/O usage cross reference print out ? ANy way to make the cross reference display to the right side of the rung ?

This may not be available with the free version of RSLogix 500. if the option is dimmed out in the Report Setup then it doesn't sound like it's available.
