Back for some more help from the pros. i was visiting my friend at a meat processing plant and he had an issue with one of the panelview 1000, now pardon the lack of the CAT number of the screen but here is what has happen. A screen came up with two of the following options
DOWNLOAD FIRMWARE or CONTINUE. This screen came up while the application was running so it was not during a boot up of the HMI. After touching continue the screen ran the application fine. Same screen came up the day before and they rebooted the HMI by shutting down the power. Has anyone had this come up if so what is a fix to this. I think the firmware version the HMI is 5.0 or above.
