Digital output OB32 - Allen Bradley

I have a L63 Controllogix controller with an ethernet module, DC Input and 3 DC outputs.
The The IO configuration does not show any problem for the IO.
For the output modules:
When I turn any bit on, the indicator lights on the module light up as expected but I don't see any voltage on the pins.


Edit: How can I be sure that the module is working ?

Yes, My wiring was off. The upper half (0-15) has a separate DC+- than the lower half.
