Honeywell Plantscape PHD and RDI

I have a project that requires interfacing a new RSView server to an existing in-plant Honeywell Plantscape PHD server. The project requires an RDI interface between RSView and PHD. I am not familiar with Plantscape, and their website seems to be pretty much useless. Anyone have any clues? I have an e-mail in to Honeywell tech support, but I would like to have some idea before Monday (or whenever they feel like getting back to me.) Thanks.
