ET200s Capable of Being master besides using card

Are there any ET200s Modules that are capable of being master and slave without buying an additional card?

I know that with the 151-7 ET200s card you can buy the 6ES7 138-4HA00-0AB0 and make it a master but I want to do it without buying additional hardware

The IM151-8 can be a Profinet IO Controller. It is similar to being a Profibus DP master.
It is not Profibus but Profinet. Profinet is quite easy to configure so maybe it is worth considering.

Within the Siemens S7 family, the lowest cost possible is an S7-1200 CPU with a CP1243-5 DP master module. I have no experience with it though.

Apart from that, if it must be ET200S, an IM151-7 or IM151-8 plus the DP master module is the only possible way.
