Mitsu Mem definition and application.

Can anyone clarify what each section of Mitsu mem should be used for in practicality?

I have a PLC Q03UDE that has used up its program mem area.
I'd like to expand the program to the ROM or the optional mem card but don't know if that's practical for a client that makes many additions while the line is running or if it's even possible.

If not I could upgrade the PLC to one with more capacity in the program mem area.
