I came across this project a few days ago and thought it might be of interest:

I've been playing with it in my home PLC "laboratory", consisting of a Click PLC, a GridConnect Modbus RTU to Ethernet TCP converter, and an old Windows XP computer running an Apache 2.2 server. I'm finding it very easy to use, even with my limited programming experience.
