It's Siemens brand. And there are many more Siemens PLC like these out there.
Actually,there are more choices like 6ES7417-4HL01-0AB0, 6ES7417-4XL04-0AB0,6ES5948-3UA23,6ES5948-3UA13,6ES5948-3UR1..... Wow, there's a lot.

I would strongly suggest to forget about anything 6ES5. There is no more support from Siemens for the S5 series. These became all obsolete a few years ago.
