Hitachi H252 Horner Ethernet IP

Hi,
I have the need to change the IP address on a Hitachi H252 PLC with at Horner HE150ETN160A Card. I have a document that states I can do this with software called 'HETCPIP Configuration Software'. I have not been able to find a copy of this software. Has anybody done this before or has anybody got a copy of this obsolete software.
