I have a S7-200 with several LEDs flashing all in time and in a symmetrical pattern with proximately 1 sec interval.


LEDs flashing include:
SF
RUN
STOP
and several of the I/O lights.

The power supply is supplied with 120VAC and is supplying 24VDC to the PLC.
 
Don't think it is a fault code. If you can, connect to the PLC and read any error code, otherwise just Clear the PLC and see if you can re-program.
