GE Fanuc communication problems

Greeting
I have a GE Fanic Power Mate PLC, FAPT Ladder III program, and the connecting cables. No matter what I try I can not get the program to talk to the PLC. I have no problems with the rest of the machines that we have here, just this one. What am I doing wronge. o_O
