i have Daniel flow computer Flow boss (device ID-32) is communicating on RS485 with GE FANUC 90-70 PLC(PCM 711 card). The flow computer is getting updated properly in milliseconds. But in the PLC the data are not updating properly. The PLC holds the last value and automatically after 5-10 minutes its starts updating. The PCM cards, all LED is found ok.
The Flow computer was checked on the modbus simulation software and found updating properly. It seems the problem is from PLC site which is to rectify.

Did this work at one time or are you in development?
A PCM711 typically has a program running in it, either BASIC or "C", did you write this?
If you did not write the programs, do you have good documentation and the software for troubleshooting it?
Is the problem that it takes 5-10 minutes to begin updating or is there always 5-10 minutes between updates and it should be faster?

it was installed long before but since it is working like this only,
pcm is having basic language, exactly wat happend was,,,,it is a redundant system and one CRM( communication redundancy module) was inserted in the panel, then the data was not updating properly sometimes it takes 5-10mins, then i directly connected flow computer to pcm (RS485-2wire) and data was updating, the issue is i have used second timer contact to retrieve data in logic,,but it is not updating exactly for seconds,,,and SCADA (cimplicity also delays )
