cannot browse tags FTiview machine

got another problem with ft view machine edition.
I cant browse the sample baggage tags, I have refresh all folder but still the tags are not showing. when I browse the opc server the rslinx opc server is not showing on the list

I used windows xp sp3
ft view machine ver 6.10
rslinx classic lite ver 2.58

any suggestion please?
